Oil Pulling Discovery/Challenge

This morning I came across one of my YouTube Subscribers vid of Oil Pulling and I thought to myself  "oil pulling, what the heck is that"? Now this is a channel I subscribe to due to its topic of natural hair & beauty 'but of course' I'm like oh great! Now what new hair method step this is lol....only to discover that oil pulling is a natural based method for hygiene of the oral bodies using coconut oil etc. I just explained this to my son who just happened to wake up and shared this vid with a small convo on how I'm interested in challenging myself to try this out starting with a 3 day experiment to gradually work to a 30 day experience. WHO DID I MARRY?

If I did go to marriage counseling like everyone was advising.  Because balls are going to be thrown into a marriage. Marriage couples are faced with this and don't know how to handle the situation(s)and majority resulting in divorce. By no means do I believe in divorce by normal circumstances. However, it became for my decision of a BIG problem that till this day I can not mentally cope with the reality that my children were being abuse.  This song was written with truth.

TODAY

So today is the starting point of my self renewing to BETTER myself as ME &  a MOTHER. July 6th 2013 I did this: Took my braids out (I had them in since Feb 2013). Created my blog banner...pretty neat huh! It'll be update six months from now. Finding ME for the sake of myself and children. Started this BLOG of my spiritual, mental, physical and emotional walk.
